Jonathon Benner, 34, Langhorne, was pronounced dead at the scene following the crash at Bensalem Boulevard and Fernwood Avenue in Bensalem Township, the Bucks County Coroner's Office confirmed to Daily Voice.

A black Harley Davidson motorcycle was found lying on its side in the roadway when Bensalem police responded to the crash at 6:42 p.m., according to a Levittown Now report. Benner was found in a drainage culvert on the southeast corner of the intersection.

Benner is believed to have lost control of the motorcycle, drove off the roadway, and struck a utility pole, the Levittown Now report states. Alcohol may have played a role in the crash, but confirmation is pending toxicology test results.
